This Indiana Roof Ballroom Wedding. Oh boy. This was a good one. Christina and Billy planned the most beautiful Indiana Roof Ballroom wedding. It was prefect in every detail and fun in every moment.
This Indiana Roof Ballroom Wedding was elegant and timeless
Christina planned a celebration that was elegant and exciting. Empty Vase delivered the most beautiful floral designs to pair perfectly with hanging chandeliers in the Roof. (seriously, these guys are so good!) Lush head table florals created a moment that wow’d guests as they walked into the room. And gentle touches of blush added sweet color to this grand space. The Indiana Roof Ballroom is a classic Indy venue. We love working in this space because it feels like important Indy tradition. We’ve seen countless beautiful days in this venue including pretty days for Kelly and Worthe, Amber and Frank and Alyssa and Greg.
Christina and Billy are such a special couple
Here’s how I’m going to describe Christina and Billy – when we were taking their photos alongside our friends at Unique Heart Productions, we just turned to each other and I swear our jaws dropped. Christina and Billy are a beautiful couple, so beautifully matched for one another and so deeply in love. And the proof is in the way they took photos. So comfortable and authentically candid. These pictures were a JOY to take. It was actually a blast to just sit and create so many gorgeous images because of our incredible client. And it didn’t hurt that Newfields was looking stunning this day. Which seemed to be a 2019 trend. Just look at Lindsay and Connor’s wedding day or Ali and Jordan’s. Each day was stunning!
Christina sent the nicest email
After their wedding, Christina and her mom both showered us in praises and it was so wonderful to hear. Our favorite thing in the world is making our clients happy and know that they love their photos. Christina said:
“Thank you for helping make our day so wonderful on Saturday. You were incredible! We can’t thank you enough for spending your Saturday capturing our wedding. And thank you for your recommendation of Unique Heart, they were fantastic as well. You all did a great job of being present but not invasive, and giving direction but also letting us do whatever.”
Christina’s mom raved about our work and we’re so appreciative
“Our daughter, Christina, chose Sara to be the photographer for her wedding at Meridian Street United Methodist Church with reception at The Indiana Roof Ballroom on June 22, 2019. Christina was planning the wedding from Columbus, Ohio and even though she did not meet Sara before her big day, I met with Sara a couple of times beforehand. Sara communicated with Christina before her wedding day to select important groupings that we did not want to miss, as well as to learn who the VIP’s were.
The groom’s grandparents are in their 90’s and Sara captured their personalities outside of the church AND at the reception. The photos Sara took on Christina’s wedding day were nothing short of magical. She captured the emotion of the day and used a lot of creativity in the poses, the backgrounds of her photos, and had a knack for capturing the personalities of everyone involved.
Sara is a high energy and very fit photographer, who takes her work very seriously. She is a good listener and has great follow through. She also worked very closely with Christina’s videographer; Unique Heart Productions.
If you are looking for creativity, high energy, and someone who is detail oriented, look no further than Sara to be the photographer for your wedding.”
