Over a decade ago, my best friend Mal and I started capturing Indy Bride’s and Grooms. We have loved every moment of celebrating the most wonderful couples and doing it together. Along the way, we’ve traveled to some beautiful cities to photograph gorgeous weddings. Among those places was Mexico – twice, actually. Each time was the time of our lives. But nothing will ever top our third trip to Mexico – Mal’s own wedding.
It was the greatest honor/happiest day maybe ever, to see my best friend get married to the best guy, and to capture it all. My heart swelled as I watched their blended family become one, watched Mal’s son be embraced by Garrett.
If you have been lucky enough to have Mal capture your wedding, you know that she has a way to make every bride feel beautiful, comfortable and excited. She has spent 10 years caring for others on their wedding days and after all the weddings she has captured, every first-dance she’s photographed, every time she watched a father see his baby girl as a bride for the very first time, she got to have her day. And it was truly the best day ever
